Pickup and Delivery Guidelines

All pickups are done by our customers at our factory in Wadeville. We stock most of the items ourselves and manufacture the rest. We do buy out some products where this is needed as not all items we sell are on site. We do offer delivery in some areas at a fee which is listed as a transport fee. This fee is for transporting your goods to your site. (Please note that we do not send extra personnel to help offload your products. We will however communicate with you upfront and make arrangements if needed.

Refunds and Return Policy

Our goods are produced according to the specifications provided by the customer (cut to size). The order is cut from raw material and cannot be changed, resized or credited after production. It is, therefore, imperative to ensure accurate measurements of the project are provided when placing the order. All off-the-shelve and manufactured products will be meticulously sold, confirmed and verified by our expert sales team before leaving the premises. In the unlikely event where the customer is not satisfied with the product received, our management team will work directly with the customer to come to an agreement on a suitable return or replacement.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The Management approved refund credit will be processed to the original method of payment account within 5 to 7 days.
